How to Make a Pom Pom Tree
But let’s take a look now at these simple, homemade spring decorations.
Here is what you will need to make your own colorful spring pom pom tree:
Materials
- Sticks
- Pom Poms
- Hot glue gun
- scissor
- Vase
Instruction
Just follow these simple instructions to make these DIY colorful pom pom sticks.
Step 1: Collect Sticks
Go for a walk or collect sticks from your backyard. Make sure the sticks are not wet before proceeding!
Step 2: Attach Pom Poms
Attach the colorful pom poms with help of a hot glue gun to the sticks. Place them along with the stick and at the end. Make sure to spare the button out to fit them into the vase! Use different colors and sizes for a nice eye-catching effect!
Step 3: Remove Hot Glue Gun Strings
Take a scissor and remove leftover glue strings from your hot glue gun. Otherwise, it will look like a spiderweb between the pom poms!

Tips
- Be careful not to burn your fingers with the hot glue gun. For this reason, I do not recommend that project for young children especially unsupervised!
- If white sticks fit better to your house decor simply spray them with white spray paint before attaching the pom poms. Most likely you will need two codes for your sticks. Make sure the sticks are tried before proceeding with step 1 of my instruction!
